This position provides an opportunity to disciple student-athletes while helping them develop their basketball skills, character, and understanding of what it means to compete in a way that honors Jesus Christ. Working alongside the Head Coach, the Assistant Coach will help cultivate a positive team culture built on faith, integrity, accountability, servant leadership, and excellence. Qualifications A personal relationship with Jesus Christ and a lifestyle that reflects biblical values. Agreement with and support of the mission and foundational beliefs of Sheboygan Christian School. Knowledge of the game of basketball and a passion for teaching and mentoring high school athletes. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to work collaboratively with coaches, students, parents, and school staff. Previous coaching or playing experience is preferred but not required.
