We seek a student-centered, self-motivated, and versatile faculty member with strong teaching skills and a demonstrated ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with colleagues. The standard teaching load is 24 credit hours over a nine-month academic year. Deeply rooted in Christian faith and service, the College is known for its close-knit community, strong mentoring culture, and commitment to developing students academically, professionally, and spiritually. Class sizes are intentionally small, typically 10 to 25 students in STEM courses, allowing faculty to build meaningful relationships with students. Applicants should hold an M.S., D.Sc., or Ph.D. in Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a closely related computing field. Candidates with degrees in a related discipline should also demonstrate substantial, well- documented experience in Data Science and Artificial Intelligence.
