Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Program Specialist in Early Childhood Education to lead and enhance our early childhood programs. This role involves developing innovative educational initiatives, supervising staff, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality childcare and early education services. The ideal candidate will bring a passion for early childhood development, strong administrative skills, and proven experience in education management within higher education or school settings. Duties Design, implement, and evaluate early childhood education programs aligned with best practices and regulatory standards Supervise and support staff, including teachers and administrative personnel, to ensure effective team performance and professional development Oversee daily operations of early childhood centers, including enrollment, scheduling, and compliance with licensing requirements Develop and maintain educational curricula using educational administrative software and productivity tools to enhance learning outcomes Collaborate with higher education institutions or school districts to coordinate program activities and share resources Lead team meetings, provide coaching, and foster a positive work environment focused on continuous improvement Prepare reports, documentation, and correspondence related to program activities using strong writing skills Experience Proven experience in early childhood education center management or program development within a school or higher education setting Demonstrated leadership in staff supervision, personnel management, and team management in educational environments Extensive background working with students of early childhood age groups, including childcare settings or preschool programs Strong familiarity with educational administrative software, Microsoft Office suite, and productivity software for documentation and reporting purposes Experience in education administration or higher education administration with a focus on program development or curriculum design Knowledge of childcare regulations, licensing standards, and best practices in early childhood education centers Prior roles involving teaching or working directly with young children that showcase your commitment to early childhood development Join us as a Program Specialist Early Childhood Education to inspire young minds, lead innovative programs, and collaborate with passionate professionals dedicated to excellence in early learning environments!
