Schedule:
Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Are you passionate about creating engaging training programs and helping employees successfully navigate change? We are seeking a talented Technical Instructional Designer to support a large-scale enterprise software implementation initiative. This role will play a key part in designing and delivering training programs as employees transition to a new cloud-based ERP platform. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who combines instructional design expertise with experience supporting system implementations, organizational change, or enterprise software rollouts. What You'll Do
  • Design, develop, and deliver engaging learning and training solutions for employees
  • Create instructor-led training, e-learning modules, job aids, guides, and blended learning content
  • Partner with Human Resources, Training & Development teams, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and department stakeholders
  • Translate complex business processes into user-friendly learning materials
  • Support the rollout of a new enterprise software platform across multiple departments
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend continuous improvements
  • Ensure learning programs align with compliance, professional development, and organizational objectives
  • Assist with change management and user adoption initiatives What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in instructional design, curriculum development, e-learning development, or corporate training
  • Experience supporting software implementations or major organizational change initiatives
  • Strong expertise in adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and learning content development tools
  • Experience working with HR-related training programs strongly preferred Highly Preferred
  • Experience supporting ERP implementations
  • Oracle Cloud Fusion experience
  • Human Resources instructional design experience
  • Experience creating training programs for enterprise-wide system transitions
