We are looking for an early childhood education professional with a strong understanding of child development, curriculum design, and developmentally appropriate teaching practices. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing engaging preschool curriculum materials, training school directors and teachers on curriculum implementation, and supporting the curriculum sales process. Key Responsibilities Curriculum Development Develop, write, and revise developmentally appropriate preschool curriculum materials, including lesson plans, learning activities, teacher guides, and instructional resources. Create engaging educational experiences that support children's cognitive, language, social-emotional, and physical development. Ensure curriculum materials align with applicable early learning standards and educational best practices. Review and update curriculum content to maintain quality, consistency, and classroom usability. Training and Educational Support Develop and deliver curriculum training for school directors, teachers, and other designated staff. Conduct in-person and virtual training sessions, workshops, presentations, and curriculum demonstrations. Provide guidance and ongoing support to educators to promote effective curriculum implementation. Gather feedback from school personnel and recommend improvements to curriculum materials and training resources. Sales and Business Development Support Participate in curriculum sales presentations, demonstrations, and meetings with prospective customers. Explain curriculum features, educational objectives, benefits, and classroom applications. Collaborate with the sales team to address curriculum-related questions and provide educational expertise. Assist in preparing presentations, sample curriculum materials, and other resources to support sales activities. Participate in conferences, customer meetings, and other business development activities as assigned. Collaboration and Project Management Work collaboratively with curriculum leadership, school directors, teachers, and sales personnel. Manage curriculum development and training assignments to meet established deadlines. Maintain organized curriculum documents, training materials, and supporting resources. Contribute to the continuous improvement and growth of the company's preschool curriculum. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, Curriculum and Instruction, or a closely related field. Minimum of four (4) years of professional experience in early childhood education, preschool teaching, curriculum development, instructional design, or a related educational field. Demonstrated knowledge of preschool child development and developmentally appropriate educational practices. Experience developing, writing, reviewing, or implementing educational curriculum or instructional materials. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong presentation and training skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with teachers, school directors, and prospective customers. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or comparable educational and presentation tools. Preferred Qualifications Master's degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, Curriculum and Instruction, or a related field. Previous experience developing a comprehensive preschool curriculum. Experience providing professional development or curriculum training to teachers and school administrators. Experience participating in educational product presentations, demonstrations, or sales activities. Familiarity with early learning standards and preschool school-readiness frameworks.
