Position Summary We are seeking a dedicated and organized Exceptional Student Education (ESE) Teacher to manage student IEP caseloads, deliver targeted instruction, and collaborate with staff to foster an inclusive, high-achieving learning environment.
Key Responsibilities IEP Management & Instruction:
Maintain an assigned ESE IEP caseload across designated grade levels and provide personalized guidance through small group intervention sessions.
Coaching & Collaboration:
Partner with instructional coaches and administrators to collect data, build intervention strategies, facilitate co-teaching, and model demonstration lessons.
Curriculum & Professional Development:
Engage in standards-based curriculum development and organize staff training focused on implementing reading and instructional interventions.
Instructional Support:
Provide guidance to classroom teachers and staff to support accommodations and optimize overall learning outcomes.
General Duties:
Perform other related instructional and administrative duties as assigned by the school principal.
Minimum qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree, Master's preferred, certified in the State of Florida/ESE endorsed. Candidates should possess high organizational skills, the ability to communicate effectively with students and adults, use technology, and work in a team-oriented atmosphere.
