Assessment/Intake Specialist Qualifications :

Education:

Bachelor's in Counseling , Social Work or related field required Other Bachelor's Degrees with at least two years supervised experience in the field Knowledge and training in

Mental Health and Substance Use Disorders/Diagnosis Responsibilities :

Provide Comprehensive Functional Assessments for new referrals Documentation in compliance with agency and regulatory standards Knowledge of SUPR 2060 and DMH Rule 132 preferred Must be able to travel to branch locations
