Essential Functions Attends and participates in meetings with leadership to maintain team work and provide consistent training. Communicates progress/shift updates and expresses any concerns or needs. Requests and assure teammate access to all necessary departmental applications. Plans, schedules and adjusts training as needed for each new teammate. Communicates any items that were not able to be covered during orientation. Monitors new teammate quality and coach as needed. Communicates progress of trainees to leadership. Ensures training materials are continuously updated to reflect current processes. Responsible for continuing education in-services and coaching of all teammates Communicates process updates to the teammates. Completes assessment of teammates as needed. Physical Requirements Performs all job functions under normal office conditions; includes sitting, using a telephone with a headset for long periods, walking and standing. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Education, Experience and Certifications High School Diploma or GED required. Bachelor's Degree preferred. Minimum 2 years of related experience preferred.
