Training and Consultation Description:
This position works collaboratively to develop and provide high-quality professional development and training and consultation opportunities annually that address the current and future needs of intermediate unit customers with a focus on effective instruction for all learners.
Qualifications:
Pennsylvania instructional teaching certification Level II or Educational Specialist or equivalent, (REQUIRED) Previous instructional experience and/or related service delivery for students with disabilities, (REQUIRED) Special Education Certification PK-12, (preferred) Experience in curriculum & professional development, (preferred) Demonstrated ability in research/writing and strong verbal and presentation skills Demonstrated use of digital presentation technology
Terms of Employment:
Full-time, 190 days/year (follows the traditional school year schedule)
Salary:
Bachelors Degree starting minimum: $62,011.15 plus excellent benefits.• Master's degree (up to 44 credits) starting minimum: $66,511.15 plus excellent benefits.• (higher placement available for master's degrees with 45+ credits), The LIU offers an exceptional benefits package for eligible employees, designed to support your health, financial security, and overall well-being:
