is hiring a new PLC Coach for our client in the Education sector. This is a full-time, on-site role in Memphis, TN, offering a starting salary of $50,000, commensurate with experience.

Monday through Friday, on-site What You'll Be Doing Collaborate with school leadership to identify priorities and develop targeted improvement strategies. Observe classroom instruction, provide constructive feedback, and model best practices for teachers. Facilitate professional development sessions and assist teacher teams in designing and implementing effective instructional practices. Support teams in creating and analyzing assessments to monitor student progress and inform instruction. Assist in establishing a sustainable professional learning community (PLC) model that integrates best practices and promotes continuous growth. Participate in needs assessments, program evaluations, and compliance audits to ensure adherence to federal education laws and Title I requirements. Help develop and sustain school-wide curricula, standards, and intervention pyramids aligned with state and federal expectations. Support data collection and reporting efforts to monitor progress toward school improvement goals. Build positive, collaborative relationships with school staff to foster a culture of growth and excellence.

What We're Looking For Must-Have:

Bachelor's degree in education or a related field (master's preferred) Minimum 5 years of classroom teaching experience Active Tennessee teaching license with the appropriate endorsement Proven knowledge of effective instruction, curriculum, and assessment principles Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills

Nice-to-Have:
