The Position :

What you'll do: facilitate chess activities for kids, keeping things fun, engaging, and age-appropriate. You'll manage the classroom, keep students on task, and make sure every kid feels included. All session activities are provided for you by us, and training is paid for by us, so you show up ready to go. Adapt your approach based on the group; some kids are brand new to chess, others may already know the basics.

About you:

You like kids. That's the big one. You don't need to have chess knowledge. A genuine enthusiasm for working with young people matters most. You're reliable: you show up early, you come prepared, and you take the responsibility seriously.

Requirements:

• Enjoys working with children
• Responsible and punctual
• Comfortable leading a group of kids Nice to have:
• Some chess knowledge or willingness to learn quickly
• Prior experience working with children in a classroom, camp, or coaching setting
