Job Description
Overview We are seeking a dedicated Enrichment Instructor to join our team and inspire creativity, curiosity, and skill development among participants. This role involves delivering engaging enrichment activities across various disciplines, including STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, Mathematics), dance, photography, and more. The ideal candidate will be passionate about fostering a positive learning environment and providing enriching experiences that support personal growth and skill acquisition. Responsibilities Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging enrichment instruction in areas such as STEAM activities, dance classes, photography workshops, and other creative or educational programs. Facilitate hands-on learning experiences that encourage exploration, critical thinking, and artistic expression. Adapt lesson plans to meet the diverse needs and interests of participants across different age groups. Maintain a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment for all participants during activities. Collaborate with team members to develop new enrichment programs and improve existing offerings. Monitor participant progress and provide constructive feedback to foster confidence and skill development. Manage classroom or activity space efficiently to ensure smooth operation of sessions. Communicate effectively with parents or guardians regarding participant engagement and progress when necessary. Skills Strong knowledge of enrichment areas such as STEAM disciplines, dance, photography, or related fields. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage participants of varying ages and backgrounds. Creativity in designing interactive and inspiring activities that promote learning and fun. Ability to adapt instruction methods to accommodate different learning styles and needs. Organizational skills to manage multiple sessions or activities simultaneously. Passion for education, arts, sciences, or youth development. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also demonstrating independence in managing activities.
