Job Description

Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Instructor to join our team. As an Instructor, you will have the opportunity to educate and inspire individuals in various disciplines, fostering their growth and development in a positive learning environment. Responsibilities

Teach and lead classes in disciplines
Help our Competitive team feel ready and confident to execute their tumbling skills for their choreography.
Create engaging lesson plans tailored to the skill levels of participants
Provide constructive feedback to students to enhance their performance
Demonstrate proper techniques and ensure safety during activities
Manage class dynamics and behavior effectively
Encourage teamwork, sportsmanship, and skill improvement among participants Skills
Ability to climb and move actively during classes
Previous experience in dance, gymnastics, cheer
Strong communication skills to effectively educate and engage participants
Knowledge of behavior management techniques in a group setting
Passion for fitness, sports, or physical activities
