Job Description
Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Instructor to join our team. As an Instructor, you will have the opportunity to educate and inspire individuals in various disciplines, fostering their growth and development in a positive learning environment. Responsibilities
- Teach and lead classes in disciplines
- Help our Competitive team feel ready and confident to execute their tumbling skills for their choreography.
- Create engaging lesson plans tailored to the skill levels of participants
- Provide constructive feedback to students to enhance their performance
- Demonstrate proper techniques and ensure safety during activities
- Manage class dynamics and behavior effectively
- Encourage teamwork, sportsmanship, and skill improvement among participants Skills
- Ability to climb and move actively during classes
- Previous experience in dance, gymnastics, cheer
- Strong communication skills to effectively educate and engage participants
- Knowledge of behavior management techniques in a group setting
- Passion for fitness, sports, or physical activities
