Responsibilities Teach engaging, age-appropriate classes in Acrobatics, Hip-Hop, and Jazz. Prepare students for exciting, polished performances throughout the year. Choreograph and rehearse routines for recitals, community performances, and dance competitions. Encourage every dancer while maintaining high standards of technique and performance quality. Communicate positively with students, parents, and fellow team members. Arrive prepared, organized, and ready to create an exceptional class experience every day. Work collaboratively with our faculty to help every student reach their potential. We're Looking For Someone Who Is... Energetic, positive, and genuinely enjoys working with children. Experienced teaching Acrobatics, Hip-Hop, and Jazz. Knowledgeable in competitive dance and experienced preparing dancers for competition. Organized, dependable, and able to meet deadlines. A true team player who enjoys collaborating with others. Professional, polished, and committed to excellence. Patient, encouraging, and able to motivate dancers of all ages and abilities. Open to feedback and excited about continuing education and professional development. Someone who leads with kindness, enthusiasm, and integrity. Qualifications Previous dance teaching experience required. Competition dance experience strongly preferred. Experience choreographing performances and competition routines. Strong classroom management skills. Reliable transportation. Evening and some weekend availability.
