Manage classroom behavior effectively through positive reinforcement and clear expectations, ensuring a productive learning atmosphere. Provide individualized feedback and mentorship to help students improve their technique, stage presence, and creative skills. Qualifications Proven experience teaching ballet to children with a strong understanding of dance instruction techniques. Experience working with children in educational or extracurricular settings, including classroom management skills. Familiarity with early childhood education principles and childhood development strategies is advantageous. Strong communication skills to effectively work with students, parents, and fellow instructors while fostering a supportive environment.
