Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and energetic Ballet Instructor to inspire students of all ages and skill levels through the art of ballet. Your enthusiasm for dance and dedication to nurturing talent will help students develop confidence, discipline, and a lifelong love for ballet. Duties Develop and implement comprehensive ballet curricula tailored to various age groups and skill levels, incorporating elements of choreography, technique, and performance skills. Lead engaging dance classes that promote proper form, musicality, and artistic expression while maintaining a safe and inclusive environment. Manage classroom behavior effectively through positive reinforcement and clear expectations, ensuring a productive learning atmosphere. Provide individualized feedback and mentorship to help students improve their technique, stage presence, and creative skills. Qualifications Proven experience teaching ballet to children with a strong understanding of dance instruction techniques. Experience working with children in educational or extracurricular settings, including classroom management skills. Familiarity with early childhood education principles and childhood development strategies is advantageous. Strong communication skills to effectively work with students, parents, and fellow instructors while fostering a supportive environment.
