Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and passionate Dance Teacher/Ballet Instructor to inspire students of all ages through creative arts and dance education. Responsibilities Design and implement comprehensive ballet and dance curricula tailored to various skill levels and age groups Lead engaging dance classes that promote technique, creativity, and physical fitness Manage classroom behavior effectively while maintaining a safe, inclusive space for all students Develop choreography for performances and recitals that showcase students' progress Collaborate with parents, staff, and other instructors to support student development and participation in events Maintain detailed lesson plans, progress records, and attendance logs to track student growth Requirements Proven experience teaching ballet and general dance instruction with a focus on creative arts instruction and technique Strong classroom management skills with the ability to work effectively with children and youth programs Knowledge of choreography techniques and dance performance fundamentals Experience working with children, including early childhood education or preschool experience preferred Ability to develop engaging lesson plans that incorporate curriculum development principles Familiarity with behavior management strategies and childhood development practices Ability to teach all levels of ballet from Beginning ballet through Pointe. Pay:

From $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 10.0 - 15.0 per week
