Overview We are seeking an energetic and strategic Assistant Director to join our dynamic educational leadership team. Duties Assist in designing and implementing comprehensive curriculum development strategies aligned with educational best practices and regulatory standards Lead fundraising initiatives to support school programs, facilities, and student opportunities Contribute to strategic planning efforts to enhance school growth, community engagement, and academic excellence Manage budgets effectively as an executive education administrator, ensuring fiscal responsibility and resource allocation Supervise school staff, including faculty evaluation, professional development facilitation, and personnel management in accordance with educational compliance laws Oversee instructional leadership initiatives, including classroom supervision, teacher mentoring, and curriculum assessments Ensure adherence to legal requirements such as special education law and childhood development regulations while maintaining high standards of educational quality Qualifications Proven experience in school administrative leadership or as a school director within K-12 or early childhood education settings Strong background in curriculum development, instructional leadership, and educational compliance regulation Demonstrated success in managing budgets, fundraising efforts, and strategic planning at an executive level Extensive supervisory experience with school staff, faculty evaluation, and personnel management in education environments In-depth knowledge of school legal frameworks including special education law and childhood development standards Excellent communication skills for public speaking, team leadership, and stakeholder engagement Classroom teaching experience coupled with working directly with students across various age groups is highly desirable Ability to facilitate professional development sessions for educators and support continuous improvement in teaching practices Join us to lead transformative educational initiatives that inspire both staff and students!
