• Coaching and mentoring Theater Arts Students
• Performing day to day operations to facilitate the theater program
• Preparing students and production elements for both Fall and Spring Productions The coach provides specialized instruction in technical theater or has a special role in preparing technical elements in both theater productions each year at Monrovia High School.

The coach may be asked to complete tasks which will go towards full length productions at Monrovia High School or teach students specialized skills in technical theater such as set building, costuming, lighting design and sound design. Instructs students, helping them develop technical skills, musicality, and performance confidence.
