Candidate will teach BJJ techniques, drills, and fundamentals to children and adults; lead warm-ups, conditioning, and skill-building exercises; create structured lesson plans for different age groups and skill levels; monitor students progress and provide individualized feedback; ensure a safe training environment and enforce gym rules; demonstrate proper technique and correct student form; supervise sparring sessions and manage partner rotations; maintain mats and training equipment in clean, safe condition; communicate with parents and adult students about progress and expectations; mentor students in discipline, sportsmanship, and BJJ etiquette.
