About the Role We are seeking an energetic and caring art instructor for children ages 4-14, with occasional opportunities to teach adult classes. All curriculum, slides, and materials are prepared by the studio. Key Responsibilities Teach art lessons using the center's pre-designed curriculum (no lesson planning required). Guide students step by step, ensuring each child completes their project and achieves the day's learning goals. Lead small classes of up to 8 students (typically around 6 per class), while maintaining a safe, organized, and engaging learning environment. Provide clear and positive feedback to parents after class. Keep the classroom safe, clean, and organized; ensure proper use of materials. Record and promptly report material usage and inventory to the studio to help prevent waste. What We're Looking For A genuine love for working with children and a strong sense of responsibility. Effective classroom management skills, with the ability to balance structure and fun. Physical stamina to actively lead multiple classes in a day. Clear, friendly, and proactive communication with both children and parents. Reliability and professionalism—able to follow structured lesson plans while engaging students.
