We are looking for an inspiring teacher who is dedicated to high-quality ballet education and can work with students of varying ages and levels, from young beginner dancers through pre-professional training. Responsibilities Teach ballet classes to students ages 3 through advanced teen levels Provide strong technical training rooted in classical ballet methodology Develop engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans Prepare students for performances, evaluations, and studio productions Foster discipline, artistry, musicality, and confidence in students Maintain a positive and professional classroom environment Communicate effectively with parents, students, and administrative staff Collaborate with faculty for performances and special events, including recitals and productions Qualifications ABT Certification preferred (Pre-Primary through Level 5+) or equivalent professional ballet training Previous ballet teaching experience required Strong understanding of ballet pedagogy and child development Experience teaching a wide range of ages and levels Professional performance background is a plus Strong classroom management and communication skills Passion for mentoring young dancers and fostering artistic growth Reliable transportation and punctuality required Schedule Part-time weekday afternoon/evening availability required.
