We need someone responsible, organized, energetic and that has a love of surfing. Must be very energetic and attentive when giving lessons. Must have a clean driving record. Must be someone that has a minimum of 5 years of surfing experience. This can be part time or full time depending on interview. The right candidate must have the following for the role of surf instructor:

Clean driving record: parking tickets are ok.
Upbeat and happy personality
Organized
5 years surfing experience
meaning you've surfed for at least 5 years, not necessarily teaching.
Flexible
Great people skills (WE

ARE VERY CUSTOMER SERVICE ORIENTED

)

Must be active
Always on time

Surf Instructor Job Duties:

Leading Surf lessons
Safety orientation
Daily set up and tear down; general cleaning after lessons
Renting to customers
Customer Service Compensation is hourly pay plus gratuity, tips, and bonuses.
