Good communication skills, patience, and a commitment to safety Ability to meet Delaware DMV Instructor Licensing Requirements, including driving record and background standards Teaching or training experience is a PLUS, not required! What You'll Do Teach students pre-trip inspections, backing maneuvers, and on-road driving Share your knowledge of safe tractor-trailer operation Coach and prepare students to earn their CDL-A Ready to Make the Switch?
