We are looking for passionate individuals who enjoy working with children and can create a positive, engaging, and enriching after-school environment.

Available Instructor Positions Directed Drawing Instructor:

Teach step-by-step drawing techniques that encourage creativity, artistic expression, and fine motor development.

Ceramic Painting Instructor:

Guide students through ceramic painting projects, color techniques, and creative design activities.

Chess Instructor:

Teach chess fundamentals, strategies, critical thinking, problem-solving, and good sportsmanship.

Soccer Instructor:

Lead skill-building drills, teamwork activities, and fun soccer games while promoting physical fitness.

Basketball Instructor:

Teach basketball fundamentals, dribbling, passing, shooting, teamwork, and sportsmanship.

LEGO Club Instructor:

Facilitate creative LEGO building challenges, STEM activities, and hands-on engineering projects.

Tastebuds Club Instructor:

Lead fun, hands-on, no-bake food creation activities while teaching basic food preparation, creativity, and kitchen safety. Responsibilities Plan and lead engaging weekly enrichment club lessons and activities. Provide age-appropriate instruction in the assigned specialty. Encourage creativity, teamwork, confidence, and student participation. Maintain a safe, organized, and positive learning environment. Prepare, organize, and properly maintain club materials and equipment. Supervise students and implement effective classroom management strategies. Track attendance and communicate with program staff as needed. Qualifications Experience working with elementary-aged children (Grades K-5). Knowledge or experience in the enrichment club specialty being taught. Strong classroom management, leadership, and communication skills. Ability to plan engaging, developmentally appropriate activities. Reliable, patient, enthusiastic, and passionate about teaching children. Must successfully pass a Level II Background Screening (paid for by Happy Trails Afterschool Club).
