Responsibilities Conduct engaging and informative driving lessons tailored to each student's skill level and learning pace Demonstrate proper vehicle handling techniques, including GPS navigation, manual transmission operation, and safe maneuvering in diverse conditions Prepare students for real-world driving scenarios such as over-the-road routes, city traffic, and adverse weather conditions Assess student progress regularly, providing constructive feedback to enhance their driving competence Ensure compliance with all traffic regulations, safety standards, and company policies during instruction sessions Maintain accurate records of lessons delivered, student progress, and licensing requirements Operate various commercial vehicles such as buses, box trucks, or heavy equipment when necessary for training purposes Skills Extensive knowledge of standard passenger car operation Proficiency in using fleet GPS tracking systems and mobile devices for route planning and communication Strong understanding of safety protocols related to heavy lifting, manual handling, forklift operation, tanker driving, and heavy haul transportation Ability to drive in adverse weather conditions and manage challenging traffic situations safely Excellent communication skills to effectively instruct students and ensure clarity during lessons Mechanical knowledge of vehicle systems to troubleshoot minor issues during training sessions This role is perfect for experienced drivers with a passion for teaching safety and excellence behind the wheel.
