Class D Worcester, MA Apply Hours Per Week:
20-30 Achievers Driving Academy is seeking a professional, reliable, and patient Driving Instructor to provide high-quality behind-the-wheel instruction to both teen and adult students. In this role, you will teach safe driving techniques, traffic laws, defensive driving strategies, and prepare students for their road tests. You will also be responsible for evaluating student progress, maintaining accurate lesson records, and creating a positive, supportive, and safe learning environment.
Responsibilities:
\~ Provide behind-the-wheel driving instruction to students of all ages and experience levels \~ Teach safe driving practices, Massachusetts traffic laws, and defensive driving techniques \~ Prepare students for RMV road tests \~ Assess student performance and communicate progress \~ Maintain accurate lesson notes and records as required by the RMV and the school \~ Ensure a safe, calm, and professional learning atmosphere \~ Represent Achievers Driving Academy with professionalism and excellent customer service
Required Skills & Qualifications:
\~ Valid Massachusetts driver\'s license \~ RMV Driving Instructor License (required) \~ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills \~ Patience, professionalism, and a positive teaching style \~ Strong knowledge of Massachusetts traffic laws and safe driving principles \~ Punctuality and reliability \~ Ability to work effectively with students at all skill levels \~ Bilingual skills are a plus Active Filters Professional Driving Instructor ...
