Garrett College is seeking CDL Instructors to support our Commercial Driver's License (CDL) training program at the Mountaintop Truck Driving Institute (MTDI) in Grantsville, MD.

Position Details Schedule:

2 days per week (8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.)

Location:

Mountaintop Truck Driving Institute (MTDI), Grantsville Role Overview As a CDL Instructor, you'll play a critical role in preparing students for entry-level careers in commercial driving. You'll provide hands-on instruction in: Pre-trip inspections Yard skills and backing maneuvers Over-the-road driving techniques Basic logbook and map-reading skills

Program Highlights Class A Program:

210 hours over 7½ weeks (Monday-Thursday, 8:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m.)

Class B Program:

6 days of instruction Students train using Garrett College trucks and test on-site Why Join Us?
