Depending on your position, responsibilities may include student development, parent communication, belt testing, tournaments, special events, demonstration teams, and daily school operations. We have high expectations for our instructors. But we also believe that greater responsibility and stronger performance should lead to greater compensation and opportunities. Instructors who demonstrate strong teaching ability, leadership, professionalism, and measurable contribution to the growth of the school can earn performance incentives, salary increases, and opportunities for advancement.
