Salem Fields Learning Center is looking to fill the following position with a wonderful candidate: Lead Teacher in the following rooms: Infants Assigned schedule 6:00am-9:00am, 2:30pm-6:30pm Must be 18 years of age. Must have high school diploma or equivalent. Must have 6 months experience in childcare. Must be able to pass necessary background checks required for position. Must be flexible; able to work with all ages of children between ages 6 weeks-12 years. Must be able to lift up to 35-45 pounds. Must be dependable. Must be comfortable driving a 14 passenger bus. Must have a good driving record. Must be able to follow state standards and other standards set by the center. Must be able to work positively with other employees - we are a team environment. Must be able to communicate well and build positive relationship with parents. Must have a positive attitude and willingness to grow with company. First Aide, CPR, and/or MATT training a plus
