Responsibilities Provide comprehensive academic advising to students, including course selection, program planning. Support students with administrative tasks related to enrollment, registration, and graduation processes using educational administrative software. Collaborate with faculty and staff to coordinate student services and ensure seamless communication across departments. Supervise and mentor junior staff or interns involved in student support activities, fostering a collaborative team environment. Maintain accurate records of student interactions, progress reports, and administrative documentation using productivity software. Assist in organizing workshops, orientation sessions, and extracurricular activities that enhance the student experience. Experience Proven experience in higher education teaching or student advising roles within a university or college setting. Demonstrated expertise in school administration and program development with a focus on student services. Strong background in personnel management within educational environments, including staff supervision and team leadership. Extensive experience working with students from diverse backgrounds, particularly in adult education. Proficiency in educational administrative software and productivity tools such as Microsoft Office Suite. Background in education administration or higher education administration with a focus on student affairs or school experience. Experience working with international students regarding F1 visa and 1-20.
