Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Student Success Coordinator to join our educational team. The Student Success Coordinator is responsible for supporting students throughout their flight training journey and helping them stay engaged, organized, and on track toward their aviation goals. This role serves as a key point of contact between club students, flight operations, flight instruction and school leadership. Responsibilities Club Student Duties Serve as the primary point of contact for club students regarding training progress, scheduling, resources, and general student needs. Welcome newly enrolled club students and help them understand the flight school's training process, club expectations, policies, and available resources. Proactively reach out to club students to provide guidance on training progression and get them on the flight schedule. Assist club students in gathering and submitting required documents, such as passports, medical certificates, and TSA approvals. Coordinate with flight instructors and management to identify barriers to club student progress and help develop solutions. Help club students stay on track with flight lessons, ground training, stage checks, written exams, check rides, and other training milestones. Ensure maintenance of accurate club student records, progress reports, and communication logs. Help resolve club student concerns and escalate issues to management when necessary. Communicate important school announcements, safety information, events, and training opportunities to club students. Track club student milestones and recognize achievements to encourage continued motivation. Provide feedback on the club student experience and make recommendations for improvements. Support for all students Assist in student housing accommodation activities as needed. Support student retention and engagement efforts. Assist with student events, seminars, communications and community-building initiatives. Assist with educational accreditation compliance requirements. Utilize student data systems to prepare reports and analytics on student metrics. Contribute to the development of student support strategies and institutional retention efforts Maintain a professional, welcoming, and safety-focused environment for all students. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent 2+ years of customer service 1-2 years data reporting and analytics experience Previous experience in student services, education, or a related field, preferred Aviation experience is a plus Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong problem-solving, analytical and follow-through skills Professional, dependable, and approachable demeanor Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment Intermediate to advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite or related software Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize and multi-task Ability to successfully work with others as part of a team to achieve established goals Ability to take direction and feedback; make adjustments and changes as necessary Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information Possess a valid driver's license with ability to travel between locations as needed This paid position offers the chance to be at the forefront of student success initiatives—empowering learners today for brighter futures tomorrow!
Pay:
$27.00 - $30.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
