Qualifications Essential Responsibilities:
Sports Conditioning Support
  • Ability to lead student-athletes through conditioning training.
  • Assist instructors during sports conditioning classes.
  • Help set up and organize equipment before and after workouts.
  • Monitor students to ensure proper use of equipment and adherence to safety guidelines.
  • Encourage positive participation and sportsmanship.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe training environment. Game and Event Supervision
  • Assist with supervision of athletic contests and special events.
  • Monitor spectator and student behavior to promote a safe and positive atmosphere.
  • Support coaches, officials, and event staff as needed.
  • Assist with crowd management and respond appropriately to routine game-day situations. Athletic Director Support
  • Provide administrative assistance with scheduling, communication, and organization.
  • Help maintain athletic records, inventories, and equipment tracking.
  • Prepare materials for meetings, events, and athletic programs.
  • Support special projects and other duties as assigned by the Athletic Director. Qualifications
  • High school diploma required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience working in athletics, coaching, fitness, recreation, or education is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with students, staff, coaches, and parents.
  • Ability to lift and move athletic equipment (up to 40 pounds).
  • CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain certification. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Understanding of sports conditioning and athletic safety practices.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.
  • Dependable, professional, and able to maintain confidentiality.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
