Health insurance Paid time off Precious Memories Early Learning Center IV is looking for a bilingual English/Spanish Front Desk & School Support Assistant to join our team. This is a hands-on support position in a busy early childhood education center. We are looking for someone who is friendly, dependable, organized, professional, and comfortable working with children, families, and teachers. Responsibilities Answer the school phone and provide professional phone service. Greet families and visitors warmly and respectfully. Communicate with families in English and Spanish. Provide general support to the Director and teaching staff. Help prepare and distribute school flyers, letters, reminders, and other communications under the Director's supervision. Make copies, print, scan, and organize documents. Keep electronic and paper records organized and up to date. Scan new documentation into the appropriate system. Assist teachers with preparing lesson materials, art projects, copies, and classroom activities. Help with school events and other daily activities as needed. Be willing to assist wherever support is needed throughout the school. Qualifications & Skills Bilingual English/Spanish required. Excellent communication and phone etiquette. Friendly, polite, and professional personality. Reliable and punctual. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Comfortable communicating with families and staff. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel. Comfortable learning computer systems and electronic recordkeeping. Able to follow directions and work well as part of a team. Must be able to maintain confidentiality and professionalism. Education & Experience High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous experience working with children and families in a school/childcare setting, or in a customer service role, is preferred. Experience with front desk responsibilities, phone communication, or general office support is a plus. Bilingual English/Spanish required. The Right Candidate We are looking for someone who is dependable, positive, organized, and willing to help . Every day may look a little different. You may spend part of the day answering phones and helping families, and another part preparing classroom materials, organizing documents, making copies, or supporting teachers.
