Leap Ahead is a NAC accreditation and Gold Seal program and provides care for 6 weeks to school-age children. The school focuses on providing a healthy and safe environment to all children while facilitating learning and executing an excellent curriculum for all preschoolers. We currently have about 16 staff members and 110 enrolled children. We take proud in maintaining a low teacher/children ratio. Job Summary We are seeking to hire an experienced, energetic and hard-working person to work as front office staff in our Preschool/Childcare facility. A bilingual person is preferred. Candidate much be capable of supervising tasks such as support daily operation, basic knowledge of childcare operation, maintaining various logs, billing, managing center files and paperwork. Candidate must be computer literate. Excellent oral and written communication is must. A successful candidate will possess strong organization and communication skills including team building, Conflict Resolution, and motivational skills.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience with Childcare facility
• multilingual (preferred knowledge of Spanish or Portuguese)
• Knowledge of childcare facility policies and procedures.
• Computer literate
