This is the world's first as we move into the US building villages for X athletes military and first responders… this will be a legacy project as we move across the Americas… Please search www.tempusgroup.uk we have secured South Africa and York in the north of England, Australia is registered New Zealand and France to follow. Look forward to hearing from you. Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Director to lead our educational organization with passion and strategic insight. The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of school administration, curriculum development, staff management, and compliance, ensuring an enriching environment that fosters childhood development and academic excellence. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape educational programs, drive organizational growth, and inspire a team dedicated to empowering students and staff alike. As a key leader, you will champion innovative instructional practices, uphold legal standards in education, and cultivate a vibrant school community committed to excellence. Duties Develop and implement comprehensive curriculum plans aligned with educational standards and best practices across all grade levels, including early childhood education. Lead strategic planning initiatives to set long-term goals for school growth, program expansion, and community engagement. Manage budgets effectively as an executive education administrator, ensuring financial sustainability while supporting program needs. Oversee school administrative functions, including personnel management, staff supervision, faculty evaluation, and professional development facilitation in schools. Ensure compliance with all educational regulations, legal requirements—including special education law—and accreditation standards to maintain high-quality operations. Facilitate effective communication with staff, parents, community stakeholders, and governing bodies through public speaking and leadership presence. Supervise school staff performance, conduct evaluations, and foster a collaborative team environment focused on instructional leadership in education. Oversee student programs and working directly with students to promote childhood development and ensure a safe learning environment. Lead fundraising efforts to support school initiatives and expand educational opportunities for students. Qualifications Proven experience in school administrative leadership or as a school director with a strong background in education administration. Extensive knowledge of curriculum development, instructional leadership in education, and early childhood education practices. Demonstrated success managing budgets as an executive education administrator along with expertise in managing personnel within educational settings. Strong understanding of legal frameworks governing schools including special education law and childhood development regulations. Experience working with K-12 students across various age groups with a focus on classroom experience and working directly with students. Skilled in team leadership, faculty evaluation, professional development facilitation in schools, and supervising school staff effectively. Excellent public speaking skills combined with the ability to inspire teams and communicate vision clearly. Familiarity with educational compliance standards, regulation understanding, and managing school operations efficiently.
