Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic educational leadership team as an Assistant Principal, where your passion for fostering student success and school excellence will thrive! In this vital role, you will collaborate with senior leadership to shape the strategic direction of the school, oversee instructional quality, and ensure a safe, inclusive environment for all students and staff. Your energetic approach and management expertise will drive continuous improvement, support professional development, and promote a vibrant school community committed to educational excellence. Duties Assist in developing and implementing innovative curriculum strategies aligned with educational standards and student needs. Lead efforts in strategic planning to enhance school performance, community engagement, and resource allocation. Supervise and evaluate faculty performance through classroom observations, faculty evaluations, and professional development facilitation. Oversee compliance with educational laws, regulations, and policies including special education law and childhood development standards. Support school administrative functions including personnel management, staff supervision, and ensuring a positive learning environment for students of all backgrounds. Requirements Proven experience in K-12 education administration with a focus on instructional leadership and school management. Strong background in curriculum development, educational compliance, and regulation understanding. Demonstrated success in managing budgets as an education administrator or senior leadership role. Excellent communication skills with experience in public speaking, team leadership, and facilitating professional development sessions. Knowledge of special education law, early childhood education principles, and childhood development practices. Supervisory experience with school staff including teachers, support personnel, and administrative teams. Ability to develop strategic plans that align with school goals while fostering a collaborative team environment. Pay:
$49,259.39 - $59,323.14 per year
