Overview Join our dynamic educational team as the After School Program Director, where your leadership will inspire and empower students beyond the classroom. This vital role involves overseeing the planning, development, and implementation of engaging after-school activities that foster learning, creativity, and social growth. As a key figure in our school community, you will coordinate staff, manage program operations, and ensure a safe, inclusive environment for all participants. Your energy and organizational skills will drive the success of our after-school initiatives, making a lasting impact on students' lives. Responsibilities Lead the design and execution of after-school programs aligned with educational goals and community needs Supervise staff members, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations Develop innovative curriculum activities that promote child development, social skills, and academic support Manage program budgets, resources, and administrative tasks using educational administrative software and productivity tools Foster a positive team environment through effective team management and leadership practices Ensure compliance with safety regulations, licensing requirements, and school policies to maintain a secure environment Collaborate with school administrators, teachers, parents, and community partners to enhance program offerings and outreach Requirements Higher education teaching experience or university experience in education administration or related fields is desired, but not always required.
