9687971-01702 Job Description Step into an engaging opportunity supporting student success in a dynamic high school environment. This immediate, short-term position is ideal for professionals passionate about empowering students and making a direct impact. Youll work closely with one high school student, supporting their daily transition to and from the Excel program at Bridgewater State, and collaborate onsite with the schools experienced support team. The role is part-time for approximately one month, with a possibility of extension based on program needs and performance.

Preferred Background and Skills:

Prior paraprofessional experience strongly preferred School-based experience, especially at the high school level, is advantageous Any required district clearances or credentialing must be completed prior to start Demonstrated ability to support students with varying needs and foster an inclusive educational environment Flexible, reliable, and compassionate approach to working with students and school teams

Key Responsibilities:

Provide one-on-one support for a high school student during school hours Accompany the student to and from the Excel program at Bridgewater State, ensuring safety and engagement Collaborate regularly with the school-based support team and follow established student support plans Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times Operate fully onsite, adhering to the schedule of Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday each week
