credit hours. - currently have a work-study award given by Financial Aid - If you have not received an award or are not sure, fill out and submit this form and contact with questions. Job Responsibilities Implement Academic Success Center policies and procedures relating to academic support and test administration. Provide direct assistance to accommodate client needs. Answer questions regarding Departmental and College-wide services and events; routes students and staff appropriately. Interfaces with other Student Service areas of the College. Answer telephones; route inquiries to appropriate departments and employee. Facilitate student testing procedures as assigned with great attention to detail. Ensures eligibility for, and delivery of, individualized ADA requirements as appropriate. Maintain order in the Academic Success Center, Testing Room and Computer Lab. Perform opening and closing procedures. Troubleshoot copy machines and printers. Compile, record departmental data and file documents. Facilitate information between departments; oversee deposits, deliveries and appropriate inventories of operating items. Distribute mail and prepare mailings. Provide support to full-time staff as required. Participate in departmental trainings. Represent MCC to the community. Perform other duties as assigned. Education High School graduate or GED equivalent; pursuing associate degree. Qualifications Is an active student taking at least 6 credits with an eligible work-study award.
