Montgomery County School Age Services Office Position Type:
Part-time Pay Range starts at $17 per hour (or more depending on the childcare experience listed in the application or resume)
Shifts:
Must be available Monday through Friday, Before & After School (6:30am to 8:30am & 2pm to 6pm) Are you passionate about working with kids and creating a fun, safe, and engaging environment? We're looking for an enthusiastic SAS Assistant Site Director, Montgomery County to help lead our Before & After School Care program and make a lasting impact on children and families in our community. In this role, you'll support the Site Director, help supervise staff, lead activities for school-age children, maintain program quality standards, and ensure a safe, positive experience for every participant.
What We're Looking For:
Minimum Age:
18 High school diploma or equivalent Passion for working with children and helping them succeed. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Experience working with children in a group setting and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Certifications You'll Need (We'll Help!): Before start of 1st shift: New Hire Orientation training DHS Background Disclosure Form & Fingerprint appointment Abuse Registry Check DHS Physical health form Proof of education Completed references report Past Employment reference
