STRONG ENROLLMENT SKILLS
to lead our Montessori Preschool Campus. This opportunity provides a strong potential for bonuses in addition to the base salary for a total $150k+ possible compensation package , based on performance . This pivotal role involves overseeing all aspects of preschool operations, ensuring a nurturing, educational, and compliant environment for young learners. The Director will be in charge of admissions, provide strategic leadership, foster team development, and uphold the highest standards of childhood development, curriculum excellence, and administrative efficiency. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate education professional committed to shaping the future of early learners through innovative leadership and dedicated management. This position has a strong potential for commission based bonuses on sales via enrollment. Responsibilities Provide visionary leadership aligned with high quality early childhood education best practices and regulatory standards. Increase the school's population, and ensure student retention through parent engagement Manage daily operations, including enrollment, staff supervision, classroom oversight, and student engagement to ensure a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment. Increase revenue, and control costs through skillful business management Lead strategic planning initiatives to enhance program quality, enrollment growth, and community outreach efforts. Oversee budgeting processes, manage financial resources effectively, and ensure compliance with fiscal policies. Facilitate professional development for staff to promote instructional excellence, pedagogical innovation, and ongoing personnel growth. Conduct faculty evaluations, supervise staff performance, and foster a collaborative team culture focused on continuous improvement. Qualifications Extensive experience in school administration or educational leadership within early childhood or K-12 settings. Strong enrollment skills, and the ability to present the school as the parent's best option Proven track record in curriculum development, instructional leadership, and managing educational programs. Strong management skills with experience supervising school staff and facilitating professional development. In-depth knowledge of school legal regulations, educational compliance standards, and special education law. Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, budgeting as an executive education administrator. Excellent communication skills with experience in public speaking and community engagement. Background in classroom teaching with a solid understanding of childhood development principles. Leadership experience in managing school personnel, faculty evaluation processes, and educational program quality assurance. Pay:
$70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
