Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Assistant Director to join our educational leadership team. This pivotal role involves supporting the development and implementation of innovative curriculum, overseeing administrative functions, and fostering a positive, compliant, and enriching environment for students and staff. The ideal candidate will bring a passion for educational excellence, strong management skills, and a commitment to advancing school initiatives that promote childhood development and academic success. Duties Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and refine curriculum strategies aligned with educational standards and student needs Lead school administrative functions including budgeting, resource allocation, and compliance with legal regulations related to education and special education law Facilitate professional development sessions for staff to enhance instructional leadership, classroom management, and pedagogical skills Supervise school personnel, including teachers, support staff, and administrative team members, ensuring effective performance management and personnel development Oversee school operations such as student enrollment processes, safety protocols, and adherence to childhood development best practices Manage fundraising efforts by cultivating relationships with community partners and securing resources for school programs Support faculty evaluation processes through classroom observations, performance reviews, and instructional feedback Assist in strategic planning initiatives aimed at improving school culture, academic outcomes, and operational efficiency Skills Extensive experience in education administration with a strong background in K-12 school environments, including early childhood education Proven expertise in curriculum development, instructional leadership, and managing educational programs Strong management capabilities with experience supervising staff and facilitating professional growth opportunities Deep knowledge of school legal requirements, compliance standards, and special education law Skilled in managing budgets as an executive education administrator while ensuring fiscal responsibility Excellent public speaking abilities for engaging presentations to staff, stakeholders, and community partners Ability to lead strategic planning efforts with a focus on long-term growth and sustainability in educational settings Demonstrated success in fundraising activities that support school initiatives and student programs Competence in faculty evaluation processes coupled with a commitment to continuous improvement in teaching quality Strong understanding of childhood development principles combined with classroom experience working directly with students Join us as an Assistant Director if you're ready to make a meaningful impact on the future of education by leading with energy, clarity, and purpose. Pay:
