Job Description Provide leadership and oversight for multiple K-12 construction projects valued between $40M and $100M Mentor, train, and support Assistant Superintendents and Superintendent teams Partner with Project Management teams to ensure successful project execution Lead scheduling, site logistics, quality control, and safety initiatives Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, architects, and project stakeholders Monitor project performance and assist teams in resolving complex construction challenges Support workforce planning, field operations, and best practice implementation Foster a collaborative culture focused on accountability, development, and project success MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
