Dance-N-Groove is seeking a warm, organized, and dependable Enrollment Coordinator for our team. This position is ideal for someone who loves working with families, enjoys creating positive experiences for children, and takes pride in keeping things organized and running smoothly behind the scenes. We are looking for someone seeking a long-term/part time position and who wants to become an important part of our dance studio family. Position Responsibilities Welcome students and families each evening Provide exceptional customer service Answer parent questions regarding classes, tuition, schedules, policies, and events Assist prospective families with class placement and registration Follow up with trial students and prospective families Support student retention efforts Assist with enrollment goals and studio growth Maintain accurate student records Assist with data entry and reporting Support Studio Owner in all tasks related to the studio Maintain a clean and welcoming lobby area Light cleaning and organization throughout the studio Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented and highly organized Comfortable using technology and learning new software Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and professional appearance Reliable transportation Available Monday-Thursday afternoons & evenings Preferred Experience Customer service Administrative support Reception or front desk experience Sales or enrollment experience Experience working with children or families

Pay:

$13.00 - $17.00 per hour
