View Job Description Requirements / Qualifications Current BUSD teachers need only to submit a Certificated Request for Transfer. Must have valid California Multiple Subject and English Learner Authorization (ELA) credentials or be intern-eligible. Copy of Transcript (Bachelor's Degree and Higher) Credential Copy (
•Attach a detailed screen-print from the CTC's website showing document number, subject authorization, and ELA. Attach a separate document if you have a separate ELA credential
