Job Description

We are a Montessori program looking for a Montessori Lead Toddler teacher. You must either have your Montessori credential or be willing to simultaneously take your Montessori training in this school year. Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching young children in a preschool, childcare, or Montessori setting with 1 year teaching toddler age groups. Early Childhood Teacher qualified in the State of Colorado Montessori certification (AMI, AMS, or MACTE accredited) required for Lead positions Strong understanding and appreciation of Montessori philosophy and respectful guidance Professional written and verbal communication skills Ability to work collaboratively with coworkers and families Dependable, organized, and nurturing presence CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) Ability to meet the physical requirements of working in an early childhood environment, including lifting, sitting on the floor, and active supervision outdoors

Responsibilities May Include:
