Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our early childhood education team. The ideal candidate will create a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children, fostering their social, emotional, and cognitive development. This role requires a strong foundation in early childhood education principles, including Montessori methods and literacy education, to effectively engage and support preschool-aged children. Responsibilities Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote learning through play and exploration. Foster a safe and inclusive classroom environment that encourages curiosity and creativity. Utilize Montessori techniques to facilitate hands-on learning experiences. Incorporate physical education activities to enhance children's motor skills and overall well-being. Support early intervention strategies for children with diverse learning needs. Promote literacy education through storytelling, reading activities, and phonics games. Manage classroom behavior effectively while maintaining a positive atmosphere. Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's progress and development. Collaborate with colleagues to create a cohesive educational approach across the curriculum. Maintain cleanliness and organization within the classroom setting. Experience A degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred. Experience working in preschool settings or daycare environments is highly desirable. Familiarity with toddler care practices and classroom management techniques is essential. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with children, parents, and staff members. Knowledge of early childhood development principles, including physical, social, emotional, and cognitive growth.
