As a Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping the minds of our students and fostering their love for learning. Requirements:

Must have a valid teacher certification in

ESE Duties:

• Plan and deliver lessons that align with curriculum standards
• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Use various teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
• Collaborate with parents, colleagues, and other professionals to support student development
• Implement effective classroom management strategies
• Provide individualized instruction and support to students as needed
• Utilize instructional design techniques to enhance learning outcomes
• Incorporate music therapy, speech therapy, or other specialized techniques as required
• Support the social and emotional development of students
• Provide academic advising and guidance to students

Experience:

• Previous experience working as a Teacher or in a related field
• Experience working with preschool-aged children is preferred
• Familiarity with working with individuals with developmental disabilities is a plus
• Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
